Pre-Booking & Scheme Design

The Client will make a token payment of 3% of the proposal to initiate the Scheme design phase. Once Booking is done, a Google form/docs file or a PDF document “Building Plan Checklist” for collecting the requirements about the Floor plan and a reference Idea E-book & reference files will be shared with the client which will align to collect the specific requirements regarding the Floor plan & Elevation. Once the Client Fills the same, Our Architect will prepare a Simple Scheme Drawing according to the Client expectations and will share and discuss it with the Client Decision-makers. Based on that Floor plan will be prepared and will be refined if needed up to the satisfaction of the client and will be frozen.
