                                    We are following a process that helps us quickly complete our job in all possible ways to hand over your dream construction on time.

                                    1. Discovery phase

                                    1. We Understand Our Clients’ Needs and discuss about our price ranges 2. Client can visit our Previously completed Projects. 3. Project Site Survey will be done. 4. Feasibility report will be made and discussed.

                                    2. Project Booking phase

                                    Personalised Budget proposal is submitted and Project Booking happens.

                                    3. Design and Agreement phase

                                    2D Floor plan, 3D elevation, mobilisation works like Plan Approval process, and Final agreement is processed.

                                    4. Working Drawings and Mobilisation phase

                                    Architectural, Structural, MEP Working Drawings, On site Mobilisation works, Poomi Pooja, Electricity connection, Borewell and fencing arrangements.

                                    5. On Site Construction, Interior & Landscape Designing

                                    1.Work Execution Activities are updated to client through Telegram Group on daily basis. 2. Finishing materials, Interior, Landscape Designing will be completed.

                                    6. Interior Fit outs, Landscapes & Delivery

                                    All the Interior Fit out, Landscapes and Finishing works will be Executed. After conducting all Quality inspections, Project will be handed over Successfully.

                                    7. Post Delivery Maintenance

                                    After Delivering the Project, at Six month and 1 year Our Maintenance Er will visit and resolve if anything to be addressed. Any incidental maintenance requests raised by the client will also be carried out as required.

                                    How Do We Work

                                    We are following a process that helps us quickly complete our job in all possible ways to hand over your dream construction on time.

                                    1. Consultation Phase

                                    Client will sit for a free consultation meeting with our Architect and arrive at the area feasibility report [ASR] and project estimate.

                                    2. Booking Phase

                                    Based on the arrived project estimate and the confidence/trust we develop, client will pay a token allowing us to proceed with this project design.

                                    3. Architectural Design

                                    After booking, an architect will be nominated for the client & his project to proceed with the personalized 2D store plan and 3d elevation.

                                    4. Contract Signing Phase

                                    As the 2D floor plan and 3D elevation are agreed upon with the client, floor plan approval & commercial contract signing shall be proceeded.

                                    5. Design Sign Off

                                    Architectural, structural and MEP working drawings will be made and agreed upon with the client.

                                    6. Project Mobilization Commencement Phase

                                    Once the floor plan has got approved and the client is ready, the project can be commenced with Bhoomi puja, EB connection, borewell & fencing arrangements.

                                    7. On Site Construction

                                    Project execution shall be started as per the agreed project milestone.

                                    8. Interior Design Sign Off

                                    Designs will be agreed upon with the client and proceeded for interior fit-outs, landscape and finishing works.

                                    9. Project delivery

                                    After conducting all quality inspections, project will be handed over successfully.

                                    10. Post Delivery Maintenance

                                    After 6 months and 1 year from the date of delivery our project maintenance engineers will visit and resolve the complaints if any. Any incidental maintenance requests raised by the client will also be addressed.
